What is OMC?
We are an occupational clinic. Please refer to our About
Us page for more information about and a background
of OMC.
What is OMC's
primary operation?
Our
focus is occupational health matters.
Who can schedule
an appointment?
Companies that require such services as drug screens, injury evaluation
(work comp), etc. are our main clients. Pilots and other such patients
are welcome as well.
How can I
schedule an appointment?
Please visit our Contact page
for the correct information to speak with us.
If I have
an injury requiring emergency attention, should I go to OMC?
OMC does not provide emergency room services, but may sometimes
be able to help with low-level emergencies (injuries requiring minor
stitches, etc.). Further, we prefer that the injury occurs while
you are at work and you are sent to us at your employer's discretion.
How do I
get to the clinic?
Take a look at our Getting Here
page for resources to help you find us. Our building is one story
and shared with NovaCare Rehabilitation.
Can I request
a copy of my medical records?
Medical records can be requested, but generally cannot be faxed.
For security purposes, you will need to visit our clinic and sign
a release to retrieve copies of your records.
I have a
complaint about service received at OMC. What should I do?
You may use the Administration phone number or E-mail form on our
Contact page to share your feedback
with us. Please do not call our Front Desk in regards to feedback.
I am a pilot
and keep receiving a blue post card in the mail. I do not wish to
receive this anymore. What should I do?
OMC does not print the mailing list labels that are used to mail
the Pilot Physical Reminder post cards, and therefore cannot control
whom these items are delivered to. The mailing labels are a product
of AIRPAC (1-800-654-2066). Otherwise, you may contact the FAA.
How can I
acquire a job position at OMC?
Please visit our Contact page
and E-mail us to find out if there are any job opportunities available. |
