FAA Flight Physicals

Certification for every class

Our physicians are FAA-designated Senior Aviation Medical Examiners and can perform First, Second and Third Class examinations for airline, commercial, corporate, military-transitioning and private pilots. Air traffic controller and BasicMed exams are also available.

Complex cases and special issuance

When a condition requires additional FAA review, an examiner who understands the process makes the difference. We prepare complete, well-documented special issuance packets and coordinate directly with the FAA Aerospace Medical Certification Division so you spend less time grounded.

• HIMS program monitoring for substance-use and mental health certification
• Cardiac, diabetes, sleep apnea and neurologic special issuance packets
